The Youth Tree Team is a ten-week summer program. Participants will receive a free lunch each work day, and will earn $8.00 per hour for their work! The Youth Tree Team members will work 20 hours a week as a team to preserve and maintain trees. The team will be working outdoors to water, mulch, prune and stake trees. Who?
The Youth Tree Team is a select group of Indianapolis high school age youth with adult leaders. Youth applicants must currently be enrolled in high school.

What?
The Youth Tree Team works as a team to preserve and maintain trees. Specifically, we work in the outdoors to water, mulch, prune and stake trees. The Youth Tree Team also trains at an adventure course, takes a wilderness camping trip, receives skill training, learns about financial management, and rafts on the White River.

When?
The 2010 Summer Youth Tree Team will work Monday - Thursday from June 7 to August 5.
Youth work 20 hours per week (5 hours per day, 4 days per week).
