Application Guidelines

Please follow these steps before applying for a tree planting.

  • Get acquainted with your neighborhood
    TAKE A WALK
    • This community tree planting must be located in Marion County. Plan to plant at least 20 trees for your project.
    • Take a walk around your neighborhood or your block. Notice spaces throughout your community that would benefit from trees.
    MEET YOUR NEIGHBORS
    • Share your interest in and plans for planting trees.
    • Form a small group that will help you begin to organize the planting.
    • Ask them to share the ideas with their neighbors. This is very important!
  • Get in touch with KIB
    CONTACT KEEP INDIANAPOLIS BEAUTIFUL

    REACH OUT TO NEIGHBORS
