HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
3 Easy Steps
Step 1:
Contact Laura Fox at 317-264-7555, ext. 100, to provide
her with your contact information and the number of trash boxes needed.
Step 2:
Laura will mail or fax to you the completed and signed authorized form.
You can pick up your form personally at the KIB Office. You must have
this form to pick up trash boxes from the Department of Public Works.
Step 3: Once you have the form, contact the
Department of Public Works at 317-327-2924 to let them know when and how many trash
boxes you will be picking up. You must pick up your trash boxes
Monday - Friday, 9:00a - 2:00p. Be sure to take your form with you to the
Department of Public Works, located at
1735 South West Street when you
pick up your boxes.

You will be invoiced by Keep Indianapolis Beautiful at the end of the
month. Payment is not accepted when you pick up your trash boxes.
Boxes do NOT have liners! We recommend that you
purchase 55-gallon trash bags to line the boxes.
Boxes will be given to you flat! This makes them
easy to load into a car or truck. |
