2008 Great Indy Cleanup Request Form

The Keep Indianapolis Beautiful 2008 Cleanup Program
runs weekends from April 5th through October 25th.

IMPORTANT - Please read carefully.

  • This program is for outdoor cleanups and should not involve people cleaning out their garages or basements, but should focus on litter and illegal dumping in streets, alleys and public spaces.

  • Cleanups are reserved on a first come, first served basis.
  • You MUST fill out all sections of this form to request your cleanup.
  • Neighborhood and community groups may register for a
    maximum of two clean-ups per year – No Exceptions.
  • These are weekend cleanups only. 
  • Please allow 2 weeks for your cleanup to be confirmed.
  • Note: Packer Trucks will not be available in 2008.
    Please make all plans to accommodate dumpsters.
There are three ways to get signed up...you pick which is most convenient for you...

Please note:  Dumpsters are extremely heavy and require heavy equipment to place and remove.  Grass/sod areas will very possibly be damaged if you choose to place a dumpster on them.  By submitting this request, you release the City of Indianapolis from any damages that may occur from the placement or removal of this donated container.

Please indicate the EXACT address and location for the dumpster.  Dumpsters CANNOT be placed on the street or city rights of way - NO EXCEPTIONS. Be sure to get permission from the property owner to place a dumpster on their property.
