Nature is a Powerful Teacher

Ahhh Boston.  Tons of history, crazy Red Sox fans, terrible subway system…some days I miss living in this fast-paced, thick-accented city.  Especially when I read headlines like THIS:

“At more than 80 Boston public schools, teachers are moving the classroom outdoors.”

According to a recent article in The Atlantic, a group called The Boston Schoolyard Initiative has built new playgrounds and outdoor classrooms at 88 public schools in partnership with the City of Boston.  Impressive.
