Interior Design: 2011 Entry Requirements and Judging Criteria

American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and
International Interior Design Association (IIDA) – Indiana Chapters
Entry Requirements
Interior design submissions must include a floor plan in 8.5” x 11” format or 11” x 17” folded and renderings or photography that depict project attributes. All other requirements as noted in the entry instructions.
Judging Criteria:
ASID and IIDA recognize outstanding achievement for projects demonstrating close attention to the following:
• Responsiveness to owners needs/objectives
• Creativity
• Design concept
• Space planning
• Use of materials
• Use of furnishings
• Cost control
• Integration with architecture
