MA PROJECT ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

1. All projects constructed/completed in Indianapolis/Marion County between July 1, 2006 and July 1, 2009 are eligible to enter with the exception of Landscape Architecture projects-- LA projects completed between July 2003 and July 2008 are eligible.

2. Projects may include both public and private sector facilities.

3. All projects may be entered in as many categories for which they qualify. A separate complete submittal
package and entry fee must be included for each category under which the project is submitted.

4. Any project submitted is eligible to win in each category one (1) time only. This includes the Monumental Award. Projects that have been submitted or won previous awards in certain categories are still eligible to be submitted under
different categories and to be considered for the Monumental Award within the three (3) year eligibility period and a five (5) year eligibility period for Landscape Architecture.

5. Projects are nominated by the sponsoring organizations for the Monumental Award. You need not prepare a separate submission for this award.
