MA Downtown Development: Judging Criteria and Entry Requirements

Entry Requirements

Submissions must include a narrative outlining the scope of the project and its influence on downtown Indianapolis. Projects shall be within the Regional Center as defined by the regional center zoning ordinance (www.indygov.org/dmd) and excluding the Meridian Street Corridor. All other requirements as noted in the entry instructions.

Judging Criteria

Criteria for selection include the quality of:

• Architecture
• Landscape architecture
• Interior design
• Construction
• The project’s importance and significance to downtown
