KIB and Eastside Neighborhood will Celebration the Creation of a Community Greenspace this Thursday

INDIANAPOLIS – (July 16, 2013) Keep Indianapolis Beautiful, Inc. (KIB) along with numerous community partners will celebrate the creation of a Community Hub and Bus Shelter this Thursday with a ribbon cutting ceremony. Presentations from Governor Pence and Mayor Ballard will also take place at the ceremony to highlight this KIB IPL Project GreenSpace project, and its building strong connections to the senior housing development being constructed on Staughton—just west of the bus stop. Key partners with this project include the Devington Communities Association, Arlington High School, BWI Development & Management, Inc., Department of Public Works, IndyGo, People for Urban Progress and w/Purpose Urban + Public Design.
