Keep Indianapolis Beautiful Announces New VP of Development, 2012 Board of Directors

INDIANAPOLIS – (February 13, 2012) Keep Indianapolis Beautiful, Inc. (KIB) has named Janet Campbell Baker as its new Vice President of Development.

Before joining KIB, Baker served as Executive Director at the Sullivan Munce Cultural Center, in Zionsville, Indiana, where she provided strategic direction to an art center, history museum and genealogy library complex. Additionally, Baker oversaw all institutional operations, with specific emphasis on the development and implementation of all marketing programs, public and media relations activities and institutional fundraising.

Prior to Sullivan Munce, Baker worked for The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis serving in a number of roles, most recently Vice President for Marketing & External Relations.

KIB also welcomes Anat Ashkenazi to the 2012 Board of Directors. Ashkenazi is the Senior Director of Finance for Lilly’s Development Center of Excellence. The 2012 KIB Executive Committee is composed of President, John Kyle, Barnes & Thornburg; Vice President, John Andrews, Shiel Sexton; Treasurer, Jamie Rich, JPMorgan Chase; and Secretary, Elsie Palabrica, Environmental Resources Management. Additionally, Susan Matthews, Borshoff Communications, has been added as an at-large Executive Committee member.
