Adopt-A-Block Feedback Form:  Leave your feedback about the Adopt-A-Block program.  Let us know if you are being provided the tools you need, and share any new ideas you might have to improve the program's effectiveness!  Due back December 1st!  Twenty-five coordinators who complete this form will receive a $10 gift certificate to Kroger!

Share Your Successes!  Please fill out this Adopt-A-Block spotlight form so we can learn more about you and what you are doing in your neighborhood.  We will use these spotlights on our website, in KIB's quarterly Get the Dirt newsletter and in information sent out to Adopt-A-Block coordinators across the city!

Monthly Block Scores:  Check up on your block's monthly scores, and keep track on how your block is doing for the year.

Adopt-A-Block Printable Postcard:  Take some postcards to your next neighborhood meeting, or pass them out to your neighbors as you are walking your dog.  Get others involved!
