Things I'm Thankful For In Indianapolis

...looking forward to patches of daffodils along the hightway that always seem to know just when to pop up in the spring...bike rides with friends along a tree-lined Monon Trail...watering my cold-weather bok choy plants from my KIB rain barrel...seeing motivated teens maintaining trees throughout our city...
The list goes on and on. What are you thankful for this year?

I'm thankful that Indianapolis is finally part of the green movement, thanks to KIB, the city's office of sustainability, and the many grassroots efforts that have been going on in Indy for years, but finally taking root!
