ADOPT-A-BLOCK TREE DISTRIBUTION 2010
KIB has a limited number of trees available this fall for Adopt-A-Block participants!
If you are interested, please completely fill out this form and submit it as soon as possible! We only have 50 trees available, so they will be given out according to who submits their form in a timely manner and has a viable planting and maintenance plan for their trees. Thank you!

Please note:
Your block can receive up to 2 trees. If your block would instead like to organize a planting of 15 or more trees, visit the NeighborWoods page to find out how.- You must commit to watering the trees with 15 gallons of water a week, April - October, for the first three years.
- You will need to arrange to bring a truck and a tarp (or bedsheet) to pick up your tree(s). You will also need to arrange to plant your tree(s) immediately.
- The trees will be 6-12 feet tall at the time of pick-up.
- The tree distribution will take place at the KIB Headquarters on Friday, October 22nd from 3 - 6 pm, and Saturday, October 23rd from 9 - 11 am.
- We will not be guaranteeing a particular species of tree at this time, and cannot take special requests for species. We will have a healthy variety of small, medium and large trees available, and will pick the best urban tolerant species for maximum survivability.
- To be eligible, you must COMPLETELY fill out this form and have detailed information on where the trees will be planted and who will take care of them. Thank you!
