30 TREES IN 30 DAYS!

KIB’s NeighborWoods initiative has helped to plant more than 27,000 trees in Indianapolis since the program’s announcement nearly five years ago. An urban forestry effort to strategically plant 100,000 trees throughout Marion County, this program helps to reduce crime, decrease pollution, and raise property value throughout our city, all by planting trees. David Feinberg, KIB volunteer, will spend the month of September planting one tree day, to emphasis the importance trees have on our community.

HOW YOU CAN GET INVOLVED!

Volunteer

Last year more than 30,000 volunteers donated their time, sweat and expertise on over 500 KIB community projects. Join us this year to help us reach our NeighborWoods goal of 100,000 trees!

Donate

Every dollar counts. KIB relies upon the generous donations of people like you in order to continue in its mission to unite people to beautify the city, improve the environment, and foster pride in the community. You can also purchase a legacy tree to be planted in someone's honor.

Register

Make your tree count! Help us reach our goal of 100,000 new trees in Marion County, by registering the trees you plant.
